I just made curried stir-fried potatoes and they were yummy. I'm proud of myself. But please tell me that cooking becomes faster with practice, because the recipe time was 20 minutes and it took me an hour just to chop and mince the potatoes/onion/cilantro.

...make applesauce!

Well, I tried to make applesauce. Turns out I used waaay too much water when boiling the apples. So instead of yummy applesauce, I ended up with yummy apple cider. Hey, as long as it's delicious, I'm not complaining.

Also, new-old icon. It was about time I brought this one back into rotation.
